Collection of Your Personal Information

Educational Resource Acquisition Consortium (ERAC) is a service provider for the Ministry of Education and collects a limited amount of personal information for the purpose of facilitating sign up for Collaborate services.

Your personal information is collected under the authority of the School Act and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If you have any questions about the collection of your personal information please contact the ERAC.

Consent to Disclose and Use My Personal Information

By clicking the I Agree with the Terms & Conditions checkbox I consent to the exchange of personal information between ERAC, the Learning School I have selected, and the Ministry of Education for the purposes of:

  • Verifying my identity and assigning me a user identification number for the use of the services on this site; and
  • Research into or evaluation of programs and services provided by the Educational Resource Acquisition Consortium, the Learning School, and/or the Ministry of Education.
My consent is valid and in effect until it is revoked in writing.
