I get kicked out when trying to login to My Elluminate.
Description:
When logging into "My
Elluminate", your session information will be stored in
a browser session cookie. If you log into "My Elluminate"
and are automatically returned to the sign in page, you will
need to enable cookies through your browser.
How
to enable cookies through your browser:
- For Internet Explorer: Select
Internet Options from the Tools
menu. Select the Privacy tab and set the
level to anything below "Block All Cookies".
- For Netscape: Select
Preferences from the Edit menu.
Expand Privacy & Security and select
Cookies. In Cookies Acceptance
Policy, select any option other than "Block
Cookies".
- For Mozilla Firefox: Select
Options from the Tools menu.
Select Privacy and expand Cookies
and select "Allow sites to set cookies".
- For Safari: Goto your Safari
menu and select Preferences. Select the
Security tab and select any option for
cookies other than "Never". There are times when this
configuration will not work. If you are unsuccessful in
logging in to “My Elluminate” after this
step, you will need to use another browser.
