How do I create/remove a new private breakout room in an Elluminate Live! session?

 

NOTE: Only the moderator(s) of the session will be able to perform this function.

Step 1. If you would like to send one or more users to a breakout room, hold the Ctrl key, and select all users you would like to move. Right click on the user that you wish to move into a breakout room. A menu will appear. Click on "Send to Breakout Room".

Step 2. Click on "New Private Breakout Room".

Step 3. A room will be created



Step 4. To remove a breakout room, right click on the room name (i.e. Private Room (1)) and select Close Breakout Room.
