I am running Office 2007 and keep getting the "Failure calling PowerPoint to process presentation" error. What can I do?

Windows users running Office 2007 (version# 12.0.4518.1014) will be unable to convert PowerPoint presentations to Elluminate Whiteboard files due to a "Failure calling PowerPoint to process presentation" error.

Due to changes by Microsoft you will need any service pack equal or greater than Office 2007 with SP1(version# 12.0.6211.1000) to regain the functionality.
