How do I load a PowerPoint presentation into my Elluminate session on the Whiteboard?

 

Step 1. When in your Elluminate session, click the folder icon on the Whiteboard Toolbar.

Step 2. A "Select Screens" window will appear:



This allows you to choose where you want to insert the presentation within the already existing screens on the whiteboard. Once you have made your choice, select Ok.

Step 3. A "Load File" window will appear. This allows you to locate the file on your computer and upload it to the Elluminate session.



Once you have located the file, click Open.

Step 4. Now you are prompted with the Specify Import Screen Size window. This allows you to convert the ppt file to suit the needs of the session you are running. Select the Resolution needed and click OK.



Step 5. You will now see the conversion toolbar work until the conversion is complete and your PPT presentation is in the Elluminate session:



When finished, you will see the first slide of your presentation. You can verify that each screen was uploaded by checking the drop-down box at the top of the whiteboard.
