The sound is choppy, has static, and/or echoing in my Elluminate Session.

 

During your Elluminate Live! session, you may experience issues with the Audio feature where the sound may seem choppy or may echo. This is caused during an upgrade of Java Web Start (for example from version 1.5 to version 1.6) which can corrupt the audio resource file.

The solution is to clear your Java cache.
