CyberSafe with Steve Dotto
Workshop and Media Toolkit
The goal of CyberSafe with Steve Dotto is to help adults better understand the realities and challenges of the digital landscape. At the 2008 BCCPAC conference, Steve Dotto presented a workshop on cybersafety. PAC members are encouraged to set up their own CyberSafe workshop to help inform other parents about cybersafety.
The Virtual School Society has developed a Workshop Facilitator's Guide and Media Kit (including a step-by-step guide) to help you promote and advertise your PAC’s presentation of CyberSafe with Steve Dotto.
CyberSafe with Steve Dotto Workshop Facilitator’s Guide - Now Available!
The Workshop Facilitator's Guide incorporates content from Steve Dotto’s presentation at the 2008 BCCPAC conference as well as his CyberSafe video clips from the LearnNowBC website. Using these tools and accompanying activity suggestions, facilitators will be able to deliver the five-part, 90-minute interactive workshop at their school.
