Accessibility

The Government of British Columbia endeavours to accommodate the widest possible audience on its website. Currently, our Internet Standards require that government Web content be developed using the HTML 4.01 (transitional) standard that is described on the Web site of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Ongoing web design and development work is also being guided by the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative.
