Information

The LearnNowBC.ca web portal, created by the Virtual School Society, is a single point of entry to information about distributed (online) learning in British Columbia for students, parents and educators.

What is Distributed Learning (DL)?

Distributed Learning is a method of instruction that relies primarily on indirect communication between students and teachers, including internet or other electronic-based delivery, teleconferencing, or correspondence.

DL is an option available to BC residents who need or want to take courses online or at a distance through a DL school.
