Leadership Support

 

 Leadership There are many resources and supports available for those who provide leadership in British Columbia’s schools and districts, as well as for those who aspire to formal leadership positions.
The newly formed British Columbia Education Leadership Council has a mandate to develop education leaders in British Columbia’s K–12 school system and has three objectives:

  1. To manage K–12 leadership succession challenges across the province.
  2. To bring coherence to new and existing leadership development programs.
  3. To design and manage sustainable operations to achieve these objectives.
